I love their whole leaf dulse in my salads. The color alone makes the salad pop and I love the salty taste!
Mostly, I use the whole leaf dulse. I believe medical medium in that dulse is important for removing toxic heavy metals from the body.

I have been using the dulse flakes from vitamin sea for a few years. I put it in my smoothie every morning. The product is always fresh meets my expectations. This last time I ordered 5 pounds and it came in one huge bag. Would prefer it to be in 1 pound packages with a label, but I guess that’s my fault as I should’ve ordered it that way.

I am not a fan of these granules. I’ve been using the flakes in a smoothie every morning for me and my husband but he didn’t like them cause they didn’t blend up well so I switched to the granules and I’m sorry I did. It’s gritty so I feel like I’m having sand in my smoothie every morning. I’d return it if it wasn’t such a pain.
Saw seaweed meal years ago at national conservatory in Washington DC and tried in garden. Easy to apply!
I wasnt sure how they would taste, if they would be really strong or what but they are just fine. I just take a little spoon full and am glad im getting nutrients from a God made quality product. Thank you
This is the best Atlantic dulse I've tasted and the color is beautiful. I use it in my morning smoothie for an added boost of nutrition. I also love to sprinkle dulse over my salads for a slight sweet salty taste. It is delicious.
