Dulse and Egg Scramble


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (such as bell peppers, mushrooms, or tomatoes)
  • 1/4 cup dulse flakes
  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and diced vegetables to the pan and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the dulse flakes over the vegetables and stir to combine.
  4. Crack the eggs into the pan and stir to scramble them with the vegetables and dulse.
  5. Season the scramble with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook the scramble until the eggs are fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Serve the scramble hot, garnished with additional dulse flakes if desired.
